SPARK has done it again!
The research-based, public health group that advocates for quality physical education and physical activity in schools has launched Fast Break videos for classroom teachers. The videos are fun and easy-to-use 5-minute physical activity breaks that are:
- Plug and play ready
- Safe, active and designed for the classroom
- A great way to refresh and invigorate students
- Fun and easy to use. Did we mention that?
To access the videos, simply login to SPARKabcs.org and navigate to the SPARKabc’s Activities section in the Navigation Menu. Click Fast Break Videos from the table of Contents and you’ll see the videos ready to play.
